Established in 2005, Maa Sheetla Group has evolved over the years with a vision of building strong, sustainable and diversified businesses. What began as a journey focused on creating reliable business foundations has progressively expanded into multiple sectors, responding to emerging opportunities and the changing needs of the market.

Today, the Group operates across four key verticals — Grain Trading, Ethanol Manufacturing, TMT Bar Manufacturing and Automotive. Our Grain Trading business connects quality agricultural produce with industries and markets, while our grain-based Ethanol Manufacturing plants at Kichha and Surpur represent our commitment towards cleaner energy and responsible resource utilisation. With a combined production capacity of 360 KLPD, these plants primarily utilise corn and rice as feedstock.

In the steel sector, the Group manufactures TMT reinforcement bars under the name Mittal Thermax TMT Bars, with a focus on strength, consistency and dependable quality. In the Automotive sector, Maa Sheetla Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. operates authorised Volkswagen dealerships serving customers across Haldwani, Rudrapur, Moradabad and Meerut.
